Located on the first floor of Cosmo Isle Hakui, this library encompasses 653 square meters following the circular shape of the building. Natural light floods the library through the glass windows of the outside wall, which give a pleasant view of the park outside. Reading areas located along the windows feature in-floor heating which keeps its vistors warm during the winter months.
Currently, this library holds over 50,000 volumes of books, videos, and CD's, which is a great step from its opening volume of 30,000.
